Ing. Peter Mucha
- Former managing director of a custom machine construction company, responsible for engineering design and manufacturing as well as marketing, sales and project management.
- All the way from a skilled lathe operator to a managing director.
- Experience as an operations manager of a big mechanical engineering contract manufacture with 30 staff members. The main focus was on the complete process of contract manufacturing services.
- Collected valuable experience in purchasing and project management as a strategic purchaser at Siemens SGP in Vienna.
- More than 40 years in various mechanical engineering companies started with an apprenticeship as a lathe operator. He then worked as a production and design engineer at the medical technology company Otto Bock in Vienna.
- Since then he has been fascinated with design engineering, a fascination that has accompanied him in most of his jobs. He has also worked on various machine tools himself, from which he draws his high technical and practical understanding.
- Over the course of time, around 48,000 drawings were examined, calculated, offered and realised on his desk. He accompanied approximately 15,000 of these drawings in his position as operations and production manager through the mechanical manufacturing process to delivery, apart from the countless workpieces - about 4,200 - from almost all available materials, which he has made over time by himself on the most diverse machine tools.
- In 2012 he started his owner-managed company IKIPM® mechanical engineering – your design and construction specialist Ing. Peter Mucha.
- is operation manager at Elmer Präzisionstechnik Gesellschaft m.b.H. since September 2024, integrating IKIPM® Maschinenbau Österreich as a new division of the company.
